Aranyakaa Farms sprouted as an offshoot of Elegance Enterprises. Ltd. in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. As people realised the importance and beauty of nature and its preservation, we saw an opportunity to connect urban populations and the natural splendour around us.
Our core philosophy - Nature, Nurture, Adventure is the driving force behind every project - ensuring that we bridge the gap between people and nature, and create inspiring and productive environments for people to embrace life.
Our goal is to connect urban cities and rural farmlands, enabling affluent city dwellers to live in touch with nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world, without having to sacrifice their career goals and ambitions.

With a career spanning over 20 years, Ravikant is a Self-made entrepreneur, and the Co-founder of the Elegance Group.
Ravikant along Pawan Kumar Tripathi started Elegance Enterprises in 2012 with a vision to make home buying hassle-free, which went on to become one of the Largest Real Estate marketing Companies in India. He has played a pivotal role in the group’s progress and success throughout the years through his emphasis on strategy formulation, and team building.
Self-made entrepreneur, Ravikant holds an MBA from West Cost University, and prior to his stint in Real Estate, he worked for some large IT companies in Sales.
Pavan along with Mr. Ravikant started Elegance Enterprises in 2012 with a vision to make home buying hassle-free, which went on to become one of the Largest Real Estate marketing Companies in India.
As an integral part of Elegance Enterprises, he has played a pivotal role in the group’s progress and success throughout the years through his emphasis on strategy formulation, and financial management.
He has been the person behind the expansion of Elegance Enterprises into various geographies including Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. Pavan has also been instrumental in venture funding various start-ups and making them self sufficient in the field of Real Estate.
Pawan holds and MBA from Bangalore specializing in Sales and Marketing, and prior to his stint in Real Estate, He used to run one of the largest Co-living set up in South Bangalore.
Pavan currently heads the operations and finance of all Elegance group companies including Elegance Enterprises, Elegance Infra and Aranyakaa Farms.
Over 52 years of experience in the field of Agriculture, Dr. Tripathi holds a D. Phil in Soil Microbiology and has written More than 62 Research Papers published in national and international journals dealing with Plant Pathology, Microbiology, Pesticides Residues, Weed Control, Nematology and Soil Science.
Dr. Tripathi has Research and Laboratory experience in Soil Science, Nutrition, Plant Protection, Plant pathology, weed science and weed control, control of insect / pest and studies of environment for the last 29 years. Extensive field work in plant protection, plant growth regulator and nutrition and cultivation of field crops including ornamental vegetable and horticulture in open field as well as protected cultivation, Development of waste land, biofertilizer, bio-control and social forestry., Tissue culture of various crops and genetic engineering in cabbage, cauliflowers and seed research for the last 15 years.
Dr. Tripathi has been an advisor and consultant for Cargil India, Beizo Holland, Tata Group, Consultant at Benin (West Africa Agritech, CONTROPEST Bangalore and M/s. Green Crop Inter Pvt ltd., Pune as well as Agriculture Consultant for Art of Living Ashram Kanakpura Bangalore where he as 300 Acres plus being converted and cultivated sustainably.
At Aranyakaa, Dr. Tripathi is on the board of the company and consults on the Agricultural planning, execution and Management.
Excelling in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years, Amit is a specialist in Real Estate Transactions, Commercial, Industrial Real Estate Transaction Advisory as well as Real Estate Return on Investment Advisory. Apart from Real Estate, Amit is also a Mentor and a Trainer by Passion.
Amit holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from MATS Bangalore and an Advanced accreditation in Property Valuation with RICS, Amit has also completed the ELP Program in RICS.
Having worked with leading Real Estate firms from Bangalore to Hyderabad, Mumbai to Australia, Amit has gained experience managing India-wide operations for Companies Like Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers International, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Embassy Group, LJ Hooker, Redwoods and Raine&Horne and has successfully facilitated high value transactions for numerous high-profile Investors as well multinational corporations including ANZ, Sony, Siemens, TATA, PWC, Vodafone, Intuit Fidelity Investments.
At Aranyakaa, Amit is responsible for the Business Planning, Project Planning & Execution, Sales and Operations Management and New Business Initiatives. Amit is also Passionate about Trainings, Motivational Speaking, Consulting Companies and Mentoring aspiring individuals who want to build their careers in Real Estate.
Ajay is a Management Graduate from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies Pune, with around three decades of experience in Hotel & Resort Operations and Business Development.
Ajay is a keen planner with expertise in the development and implementation of business strategies, establishing and managing branch operations, network management and market development. A Proactive, out-of-The-Box thinker & positive attitude person with expertise in strategic planning, plan execution and customer service.
19 years of experience in Business Development, Domestic and International Market. Retail Industry , Network Management and Territory Management across industry-verticals. Expert in Implementing sales promotion plan & concepts to generate sales. Adept at handling operations at various levels and scale.
