I was very skeptical about buying a farmland. I had seen the property over a video call but when we went to visit the property we were very happy about our decision. The management are really supportive and super nice people. We had a lot of doubts basically, which time to plant? When are they going to build the infrastructure? How to go about the payment? They clarified those with ease.
